Advice for young people about health issues

Diet
So many of us struggle to get and stay slim - but unfortunately this can also have a dramatic effect on our whole being - especially in the growing years! If you think your weight is a problem to you - talk to us, it could be a weight off your mind.
Exercise
If you do everything to avoid exercise: at school, walking or even not bothering to change the TV channel because the zapper is the other side of the room perhaps it's something you should change - but how?
General health
Changes happen in the bodies of young people that you may not understand and you may find that talking to your doctor is a problem.
Friends aren't much help - they seem to know everything but have none of the answers! At the RendezVous you're welcome to ask about any topic you want.
