Large maps and high winds…

Gillingham Film Crew - Blustery day
Our film-crew-in-training discover that large maps and high winds do not go together!

One blustery Saturday morning in May saw the first pre-production session of our new film project, “Find Your Way”.

It was great to be doing something different after months of lockdown and unpredictable weather was not going to stop anyone from having some fun (and some pizza). Everyone tried their hand at everything from filming, using “green screen” through to using the digital clapper board and learnt how tricky it is to read a map in high winds!

The film crew are preparing to shoot two new orienteering films for Gillingham Town Council and have come up with some fantastic ideas which they’ll be turning into a reality over the next few months.

If you’re interested in getting involved then get in touch with us using the form below – it’s not too late!
