Gillingham (Dorset) is a growing rural community with a rapidly expanding population. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for young people in the town and working in collaboration with Three Rivers Partnership we are now recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Youth Community Development Worker (funded by the National Lottery Community Fund).
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person with plenty of energy, commitment and vision, great project management and problem-solving skills to take a leading role in shaping the future for young people’s provision in the town.

- Career breaks must be included and explained (eg maternity leave etc) and period of volunteering should be included
